This Launcher is not supported or created by YandereDev,its a independent initiative for a Launcher of Yandere Simulator for Linux OSes,it uses WINE,and WINE may have Display Issues but major display bugs have been Fixed in Unity 6 Build ,like full screen bugs, but Some Letters don't display, and to fix that,YandereDev has to investigate it,this launcher is open-source,and we have a GitHub Repository and a Installer too yanix is builded and tested for Linux,a Mac os or FreeBSD build maybe will be not realsed, but you can Fork the Repository for you Unix/Linux Distro. any bug report like: Letters and not showing for me! will be not listened, its total responsibility of YandereDev,not mine, and know that WINE have Display issues and maybe we will switch to ge-proton
First thing I added: Support for Russian, Chinese, French, and Japanese! Not only do we have 4 more languages, but there's also an Easter egg! (If you type "ndk" in multilang.txt it will give you a meme-language called nikodorito) the newer languages is here ↓ About mac os port:it will arrive when 0.2.2.4 testing 2 arrives! it will be the first non-linux OS receiving an port! i think when mac os port complete,i will do an windows port using the GNOME Boxes/KVM as an testing PC
i created a script for create a .desktop file for yanix launcher to you dont have to run ahhh 9999999999+ linux comands i found an issue that is icon not displaying in gnome dock, but i don't want to fix this issue rn,but it will be fixed. i will create a script to remove yanix launcher desktop file too. AND A FREQUENTLY AWNSERED QUESTION:"WiLl Be ThErE a ThInGy To MaKe YaNiX aS An ExEcUtAbLe?" NO! i tried to make yanix as an executable. result: 158 fucking mb,so i created the desktopfilecreator executable, which is 7 mb im trying to make yanix as light as possible so that it doesn't become too heavy for your Linux/Mac system
